PWCS seeking comment on proposed Strategic Plan for FY 2011-15
Parent input needed. PWCS is in the midst of revising the Strategic Plan for FY 2011-15. Stakeholder input on the proposed plan is being sought in a variety of ways, including through an online comment site that allows you to provide comments about individual objectives of the plan as well as the plan as a whole. We value the input of all stakeholders so please take the opportunity to explore the plan and provide comment. Various stakeholder groups are also being approached to provide feedback during meetings and forums. Nurse’s Corner..... November has brought us a change of weather along with allergies and colds but happily we are seeing a decrease in the number of students out with the flu. I would like to thank all of the parents who have helped us in educating our students in the steps of healthy hygiene. Keep up the good work! We will continue to reinforce healthy hygiene habits here at school. As the weather turns colder we need to remind our children of the need to wear warmer coats and clothes. Layers are good as one layer can be removed if the student gets to warm. I will be promoting the 9 5 2 1 0 program in the weeks to come. Take a look at the clinic website for more information.
